Do not extend the hunt using the activation date
Destructoid describes obtaining access during the November 1–December 5 season. A later activation date does not prove that chests continue awarding it after that hunt.
The reported 2027 entitlement does not establish a new January chest event or guarantee another demand spike. This matters when interpreting Pirate Shop Token expiry.
Reports describe two separate entitlements. If you miss the 2026 activation window, check whether the 2027 entitlement still appears in your account before making plans for January.
A date is not a worldwide cutoff hour
A worldwide cutoff can fall on different dates across time zones. Without a verified hour, a precise countdown is false precision. Read your local game display before waiting until the last day.

Same reported instant: December 15, 2026 at 4 p.m. PT, 7 p.m. ET or 6 p.m. UTC−6 equals December 16 at 00:00 UTC. These are conversions of one reported cutoff.
The November 6 review keeps three clocks separate: finding the reward, activating it, and claiming an individual shop offer before it leaves. The in-game offer timer may end earlier than your access.
