Publisher and service scope

PIRATE SHOP TOKENS is the public operating name used for this website. The service provides freely accessible editorial information and browser calculations. It does not sell tokens, cosmetics or account access, take payments or operate a subscription.

No page grants an Epic Games entitlement, activates a reward or performs an action on your account. Purchases and reward claims made in Fortnite are governed by the game’s current terms and final confirmation screens.

Information and calculation limits

Game rules, availability and deadlines can change, and public reporting can be incomplete. Check your current reward screen, eligibility, local cutoff and final offer before acting. We have not personally earned or tested the reported reward.

Calculations illustrate your inputs and stated assumptions. A hypothetical probability is not a measured drop rate; route speed does not predict a reward; a duration calculation cannot establish your account’s actual expiry. No tool guarantees a drop, a claim or a particular result.

Reasonable use

You may read, link to and use the guide and its tools for lawful purposes. Normal browsing and search-engine indexing are permitted. Do not interfere with site delivery, probe for unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or use the site to impersonate its publisher, phish credentials or misrepresent assumptions as official Epic information.

Do not send illegal material or someone else’s private account details in a support request. Describe a concern with a page URL and the minimum information needed.

Independence and intellectual property

Fortnite and Epic Games names identify the game discussed. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games. Their marks and game assets remain the property of their respective owners. Our nautical illustrations are original editorial artwork, not screenshots or official Token assets.

Unless otherwise credited, the site’s original editorial text and nautical illustrations are provided by PIRATE SHOP TOKENS. You may save or print reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial use and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link, subject to applicable law. Ask before republishing substantial portions or using our original material commercially. Third-party material and open-source software keep their own rights and licences; these terms do not override them or any statutory exception.

External services and availability

Community shop data and external links are supplied for reference. They may be unavailable, inaccurate or out of date, and are not an offer by this site to sell or supply cosmetics. We do not control external services, their terms or their privacy practices.

We may correct, update, restrict an abused feature or discontinue a page or tool. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular guide, shop rotation or feature will remain available.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

We aim to provide useful information, but the guide and calculations are offered as available, without a promise that every report or result is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee the availability of third-party rewards or accept responsibility for decisions based solely on unverified reports or hypothetical inputs.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. A disclaimer does not change the eligibility rules or obligations of Epic Games or another service.

Corrections and rights concerns

For a factual correction, send the page URL, the statement concerned and a source we can check. For a copyright, trademark or privacy concern, identify the material, your connection to the right involved and a way to reply. Do not attach illegal or unnecessary sensitive material.

Requests are reviewed through correspondence, without an automatic ticketing or takedown guarantee. You may reply in the same thread with additional evidence or ask us to reconsider an outcome. This does not prevent you from using any authority or court available under applicable law.
