Who this notice covers

PIRATE SHOP TOKENS is the public operating name for this website and the contact for the handling described here. This notice covers the guide, its browser tools, analytics and support correspondence. External websites have their own practices.

The site has no registration, Epic account connection, payment checkout or advertising tags. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load when you visit a page on the official domain. We do not ask for Epic passwords, payment details or player IDs.

Calculators and guide search

Guide-search terms, shop filters and calculator values are processed in the page. Our code does not submit those entries to an application server or save them in cookies, local storage or session storage. Reloading can clear them.

Guide search downloads a static index from this website. Your search words are not included in that request. Calculators do not query an Epic account or verify a reward.

Page delivery and security

Requesting a page sends network information to hosting and delivery infrastructure, including your IP address, the requested URL and browser request headers. Infrastructure providers may process request times, errors and security events to deliver pages, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures.

This is different from sending calculator entries or building an advertising profile. Do not put passwords or other confidential information in a URL.

Google Analytics

On pirateshoptokens.com, Google Analytics 4 loads when you open a page. We use it to understand page views, visits and traffic sources and improve the guide. Google receives network requests and measurement data such as page paths and titles, referring sites, browser and device information, interactions and cookie identifiers. Our tag configuration sends the page URL without its query string or fragment and limits the reported referrer to its origin. We do not add calculator inputs, Epic account information or support messages to analytics events. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our tag configuration.

Google processes data under its Privacy Policy and explains how it uses information from partner sites. Google may process data in countries other than your own. Analytics event retention depends on the property settings; we do not state an unverified server-retention period here.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors navigate the guide through interaction data, heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft may receive page and device information and use cookies according to the project settings and regional controls. Calculator forms and search controls are marked for masking. Community shop requests and external links

Opening the Item Shop page or refreshing its list makes a request directly from your browser to Fortnite-API, an independent community data service. It receives your IP address and ordinary request headers. Our request omits credentials and the page referrer, and sends no Epic account information or shop-search words.

The service controls its own infrastructure and records. Its data can be incomplete or outdated. Following an external link takes you to a separate website with its own terms and privacy practices.

When you email support

If you email us, the correspondence can include your address, display name, message, attachments and delivery metadata. We use relevant information to answer the enquiry, investigate corrections or rights concerns, protect the site and handle necessary follow-up.

Correspondence is handled by the people responsible for the request and the services needed to deliver and store email. We do not publish support messages or use them for unsolicited marketing. Send only what is needed; do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or illegal material.

Purposes, disclosures and processing locations

Where applicable law permits it, our legitimate interests are delivering and protecting this free guide and responding to enquiries. We may also need to keep or disclose relevant records to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We seek consent before adding processing that requires it.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure and email services as needed for these purposes, or disclosed when a valid legal obligation requires it. Such services may process information in countries other than your own. You can contact us about the handling of a particular request.

Retention and security

The site has no server-side store for calculator entries or guide-search terms. Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the enquiry, handle related follow-up and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Relevant factors include whether an issue remains open and whether a record is needed for a dispute or legal obligation.

Infrastructure records are subject to the relevant service settings and provider policies; this notice does not promise a single deletion period for all providers. This website does not automatically manage your email provider’s records. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics may set the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_3WXZQGPECC to measure visits and sessions. Our tag sets a 180-day expiry without renewing it on each page load. You can restrict or clear cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Hosting and security services may use separate cookies for page delivery or abuse prevention.

Privacy questions and requests

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to request correction or deletion of relevant correspondence. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, restrict processing, object, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where it is used, or complain to your local data protection authority.

Describe your request and, where relevant, the email address or correspondence involved. We may ask for proportionate information to identify the record or confirm authority, but will not ask for your Epic password. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law and explain any applicable limits. We cannot retrieve calculator entries kept only in your browser or access your Epic account.

Children’s information

The guide has no account registration, player profiles or age-verification system. Please avoid including a child’s personal information in support messages. A parent or guardian concerned about information sent to us can contact support to request review or deletion, subject to applicable law.

Changes to this notice

We update the date above when this notice changes. Before adding ads, accounts, uploads or materially different analytics or other processing, we will update the notice and provide the disclosures and choices required for those features.
